Cameron Ritter is a Melbourne-based Associate Principal with the international practice, Grimshaw Architects. The practice's international portfolio covers all major sectors and has been honoured with over 170 international design awards. Over his twenty year career, Cameron has worked across a wide range of typologies and has taken a leading role in many of the practice's most significant Australian projects including the Melbourne Metro Rail Project and Auckland's City Rail Link. His significant international experience includes the Los Angeles Union Station Master Plan.

Through these and other projects, Cameron has gained extensive experience in public realm and major transport infrastructure architecture, and in master planning for future development above and around major transport facilities. He has worked as both a technical advisor to government and on the delivery side of major projects.

Cameron understands the complexities of major public projects and the importance of addressing greater urban design issues in these city-shaping projects. He is passionate about refining large scale urban infrastructure projects to elevate their social outcomes and to deliver places for people that have greater social connectivity and generate meaning in our urban environments.
