Jocelyn is a Registered Architect, Landscape Architect and Urban Designer with diverse experience in the planning, design and delivery of civic projects. She bases her practice in consulting and client-side roles. Her experience spans master planning, strategy, project briefing, procurement, design review and advocacy. With notable major projects including Chapel Vision Structure Plan, Corio Norlane Physical Plan, Monash Masterplan and Monash University Public Art Masterplan.
Jocelyn leads the master planning and design of Monash University’s campuses and sites in Australia. She manages the Monash Design Review Panel, Design Consultant Selection Committee and the University’s ongoing contributions to Open House Melbourne. Jocelyn is embedded in broader industry discussions as Australian Institute of Architects Victorian Chapter Councillor, Chair of the Property Council of Australia's Innovation Precincts Task Force, Chair of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects Gender Equity Working Committee and member of the international Association of University Architects (AUA).
She advocates for the value of design investment and innovation including speaking at the Tertiary Education Management Conference, Landscape Australia Conference and AUA Conference in St Louis, Missouri. Jocelyn participates as a juror to National design competitions and State institute awards. She has led multiple Master of Urban Design studios at the University of Melbourne and continues to share learnings from her experiences through design critiques, online media and print publications.
