Minnie is a practicing architect with professional architecture and business skills. She has extensive experience delivering large and complex projects throughout Australia across the private and public sector with a strong focus on design excellence. She spent over 13 years with Wardle Studio in roles ranging from Project Architect to Associate Principle and Principal.
She is a collaborative designer with a career built on 25 years of architectural practice working as part of high performing teams across multiple sectors including, masterplanning, secondary and tertiary education, health & life sciences, commercial & workplace, culture & community, retail and multi-residential.
She has expertise in design and delivery across all phases of a project, including:
- Feasibility
- Masterplanning
- Developing Concepts
- Detailed Design
- Design Integrity during construction
She has added to this expertise gaining an MBA from Melbourne Business School in 2015, the learnings from which have enhanced her skills in key areas such as leadership, management, financial literacy, negotiations and corporate governance and compliance.
Additional to her role as part of the Victorian Design Review Panel she also sits on the Melbourne Design Review Panel for the City of Melbourne.
